Serviam Capital, LLC is a search fund that was launched in the first quarter of 2020 with the goal to identify, acquire, operate, and exit a small to mid-cap privately-owned business with an initial enterprise value between $5M and $25M. We intend to acquire a company that has long-term stable revenues and strong margins but is under-managed.
